Description"Everything Emigdio painted had to be connected to Mexican culture. I really wanted to show something that people would identify with in Orange County. So, I suggested we show lettuce pickers at the blimp hangers of El Toro Marine Base. He agreed and a month later he presented this amazing image to me. Not only does it have the hanger, but also a blimp!"-Fred Ortiz
