DescriptionCalifornia artist Clem Hall was a full time motion picture matte shot and scenic background artist in Hollywood at MGM and Paramount Studios. He then went to the Walt Disney Studios where he worked as an Imaginer, concept designer and illustrator. He also produced fine art paintings and was a member and past president of the California Water Color Society. This watercolor captures an everyday scene in Santa Monica and serves to represent his fine art painting style.
