DescriptionThroughout his entire career, Roger Kuntz carried on the tradition of California Scene painting, possibly inspired by his early teachers, Milford Zornes and Millard Sheets. Kuntz was raised in Lomaland, near Point Loma. This painting depicts a home near Halcyon, a Theosophical Society utopian religious community, outside of Oceano and just south of Pismo Beach.On View
