DescriptionTalented at a young age, Hulett won a scholarship to Chouinard Institute and was taught by the likes of Millard Sheets, Phil Dike and Phil Paradise. He graduated in 1938 and was hired full time by Walt Disney, where he worked on "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs," "Pinocchio," "Fantasia," "Dumbo," "Saludos Amigos and The Three Caballeros," among many others. Hulett also had an extensive career exemplifying the California Scene Painting genre in galleries and exhibitions across the United States. Much of Hulett’s oil painting work focuses on scenes and locations in and around Los Angeles. On View
